It all starts with Design

Bringing great ideas to life starts on paper. That’s where a concept, a vision, or an inspiration can be explored and developed to create something amazing. Finding that something special is what Creare does best. Take a few moments to explore previous projects and get a sense of what you can expect working with Creare.

Beginning with a completely overgrown and unmaintained woodland landscape and dilapidated deck, we created a series of garden spaces that marries its wooded surroundings with contemporary styling and traditional materials. This property has continued to evolve since the initial construction. Including careful management of the woodland including long term planting strategies and new patio and garden additions being added to the uphill side of the property.

Tree Top Gardens

Garden Hideaway

This project took a dreary, uninviting deck space and created a multi roomed garden that incorporated distinctive areas for dining, casual seating, and an outdoor kitchen. Each space having its own identity and charm. Subtle connections to the pool area and additional layers of plantings along the fence line finished the space.

This property, as with the Tree Top Gardens, has continued to evolve. Undergoing a recent renovation and additon to the house. Allowing for the creation of new patio and garden spaces. Adding another layer of usability and interest to an already beautiful space.

This contemporary home presented many design and construction challenges. The property had been neglected for several years and many of the amenities had fallen into disrepair and the flat space caused drainage issues. Multiple tiers and long rectangular spaces break up the long rear façade into multiple smaller rooms with dedicated uses that function as well together as they do apart. The adjacent lawn space allows for overflow and play space on the lower level with a whole new experience waiting on the pool.

Jenkintown Modern

Blank Slate

This newly constructed home offered the always interesting challenge of a completely blank site with no site restrictions or existing features to build on or take advantage of. Everyday spaces including seating, a dining area and an outdoor kitchen were spread across the back of the house through a series of deck and patio areas. Foundation and patio plantings highlighted the patios and integrated the house into the landscape. A second space, farther away from the house was created for the more active open play and pool spaces. Casual seating surrounds the spa and shallow end of the pool with a pergola and umbrellas providing shade.

Hillside hideout

Tucked into the hills of Delaware county this home had several small spaces that were included in the construction but there was no real usability or sense of space. A large hillside at the back of the property and tight impervious surface restrictions added additional challenges to a long list of amenities to be included. By creating a series of spaces spread out across the base of the hill the design was able to maximize the usable space, create a more open feel and integrate all the clients needs.
